Is there a contract?
Yes, but only a little one. We need to provide social media management services for you for at least 3 months so that we can make a meaningful impact and collect a substantial amount of data to demonstrate our value.

Do I need to do anything if you are posting on our behalf?
Not if you don't want to; we work around your situation. Some clients have numerous images they would like to share, while others have none. It's our job to ensure that we create content tailored to your needs.
Do you reply to my comments and messages?
Unfortunately, we don't respond to your clients, as we believe it's best for you to do so, given your expertise in your product and service.
